Try the Pizza Express on Osborne Road in Jesmond. Free car park behind. Go to www.pizzaexpress.com and register for offers to regulary get 2-for-1 or half price deals by email. There is a kids menu but they will also do any pizza or pasta off the main menu.

My top tips: On a Friday afternoon, before the 6pm rush, pizza chef Martin will let the kids make their own pizzas whilst explaining all the ingredients, methods etc.
