Water Babies Baby Swimming is the best thing we've done with our boys! It's brilliant. Our elder little boy is nearly 4 and now swimming independtly above and below the water. He's excited at the prospect of diving down to the bottom of the pool and wants to be able to get down there by himself. Our youngest boy was very nervous about lessons at first, but has gradually overcome them and is working towards swimming independently. He now swims on a woggle on his own and is happy chasing things in the water. All these great results have come from Debi Hogston working so hard and having lots of patience with our boys and we will be eternally grateful to her for helping them learn this skill. I always wanted my boys to be able to swim like I can, so this has been the best investment we've made for them.
My top tips: * Take extra towels for you and your child so you are both warm whilst getting dry. * If you have a smaller child, take a toy for them to play with and keep them still if you dry them off first afterwards. * Make sure you get there early, so you have plenty of time to get them changed and get the car parking spaces nearest the entrance. * Don't be upset if you have phases of them not liking it for a while - both of ours have done this but we persevered...
