Fantastic for kids all ages upto probably 13.Various animals to see,can hold chicks and there is a play barn full of straw tunnels that my 8yr old boy stayed in all day while I looked at all the animals. There's also a park, & a cafe for the adults.Very good value for money, once paid all free except for tractor ride but was only £1.Couldnt fault anything, can also take dogs for woodland walks.
My top tips: Take own drinks as the kids didnt stop all day due to getting hot with the weather & also playing hard.Cafe reasonable if dont use too much.

A great day out for the family, set in the countryside of the Ribble Valley. There is a park area with zip wire, tractor rides for the kids, plenty of walks with information sheets of plants and animals to look out for. Animal food is available to buy for feeding. There are lambs you can help bottle feed and chicks to hold, goats, llamas, wild boars, guinea pigs and rabbits, owls, meerkats, deer etc. There is a big barn full of hay with tunnels for running around in, home produced meats are available to buy. There are plenty of picnic areas and a cafe. The area is large, clean and the walk along the river is gorgeous. A family ticket is £15, well worth a look.

My top tips: A lways seems to be a bit nippy so make sure suitably dressed, doesn't get too muddy though
