I travel to London a lot with my job and this is one of the hotels I choose to stay at everytime. It's convenient to my office, but besides that I always have a comfortable stay. Located about 2 or 3 minutes walk from Victoria main line and tube stations, its a large modern hotel with nice size rooms,a gym and beauty salon. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are well designed, fairly roomy with massive comfortable beds. The hotel also has a nice bar / lounge and separate restaurant. However, the bar prices are not cheap (but it is London and it is a hotel!). Breakfast is buffet style, so you get a great choice of continental or cooked breakfast, and can eat as much as you want. I've recommended this hotel to a number of friends and they agree that it is good hotel, reasonably priced for being central london. It's really close to a lot of the sites (Buckingham Palace and Westminster).
My top tips:  If you are staying more than one night, try asking for an upgrade. I did and got a much bigger room (mini suite) with free fresh fruit and water!
