A music group for children of all ages with live music and singing. Actions and instruments are encouraged! I've been taking my son who is about to turn 1 since he was a few months old and he loves it so much. His face lights up even when I put the CD on at home.
My top tips:  The ladies who run this group are fab and will even make you a cuppa and bring you a biscuit afterwards.

It’s a children’s music session, where parents go with their young children and sing songs and dance to music performed by the Piccolo artists. They run a couple of groups one for the youngest babies and one for the older children. I think it was about £4.00 for an hour session. It includes tea and coffee at the end. The session I went to was in a church hall, so I wasn’t aware of the facilities. They provide chairs and mats to sit on. They run sessions in a few places on Tyneside; their website gives more information. The highlight for me was my 10 month old son singing (shouting) at the top of his voice to the music!
My top tips:  It was really busy – so arrive early if you want to get a good seat / place
