We contacted Tinies North East early this year to help us find a nanny to look after our two boys aged 20 and 6 months. We have been so pleased with the service from Helen at Tinies and would recommend the agency to anybody looking for childcare. Helen has always been available by telephone and email to answer our questions and guide us through the experience of finding a nanny. I had anticipated that this would be a stressful and prolonged experience, however, it has been quite the opposite and we are extremely happy to have found a brilliant person to look after our boys.

My top tips: You will know when you find the right person - I didn't believe this, but it's true
